Qualitative meta -integration of nursing postgraduates' learning experi-ence

Objective To systematically evaluate the qualitative study on the nursing postgraduates'' learning experi-ence, including learning motivations, feelings and requirements, so as to provide reference for the education and train-ing on nursing postgraduates. Methods Domestic and foreign databases for qualitative study on the experience of nurs-ing postgraduates during their learning were searched, and the retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to October 2020. After evaluating the literature quality, the meta- -integration method was used to induce and summarize the study results. Results A total of 10 articles were included in this study, 45 study results were extracted,9 new categories were formed, and 3 integrated results were obtained. They were postgraduate students'' learning moti-vations, tortuous admission and learning experiences, overcoming difficulties and challenges, as well as benefits from the process of postgraduate learning. Conclusion In order to strengthen the nursing postgraduates'' understanding of higher nursing education, optimize their training system, and promote the international exchange and cooperation in nursing postgraduates'' training, so as to improve the quality of education. Meanwhile, nursing postgraduates should be assisted to establish a satisfying social support system.
