Abstract:Objective To summarize the stimulation parameters commonly used in electroacupuncture treating post-stroke cognitive dysfunction by data mining and visualization techniques,so as to provide basis for the future acupuncture technology transformation and the selection of optimal stimulation parameters.Methods Chinese and English databases were searched,and qualified literature were screened.Endnote X7 was used for literature management and electrical stimulation parameter data was extracted.Excel was used for frequency analysis.The Aprior algorithm of R language software and the clustering algorithm of deviation square sum method were used for correlation analysis,clustering analysis and visual analysis,and the law of clinical acupoint selection and electroacupuncture stimulation parameters were explored.Results A total of 87 references were included,The most commonly used electroacupuncture stimulation parameters were:G6805 type electroacupuncture therapy instrument,dilatational wave,low frequency,tolerance intensity,30 minutes each time,one time each day,5 times each week,and the observation time was 28 days.A total of 69 acupoints were used in the literature,the top five points were Baihui(GV20),Shenting(GV24),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Fengchi(GB20),Benshen(GB13).The top five meridians were governor channel,gallbladder channel,extraordinary point,bladder channel,stomach channel.Cluster analysis showed 13 effective clusters,and association rule analysis showed the highest level of support were GV20,EX-HN1,GB13-GB20,GV20-Shenmen(TF4),and Zusanli(ST36)-GV20.Conclusion The clinical trial data of electroacupuncture for the treatment of post-stroke cognitive dysfunction is not complete enough.Therefore,further studies should be conducted to summarize the treatment parameters of electroacupuncture stimulation,providing guidance for the optimization of acupuncture therapy,promoting the formation of rehabilitation technology with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics for the treatment of post-stroke cognitive dysfunction,and promoting the transformation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment equipment.
