从气血理论探讨肺结节的病机与防治

肺结节为有形之邪,病位在肺,肺的病理生理功能与中医“气血理论”关系密切,气血运行失调关系肺结节的发生发展,笔者认为肺气虚是肺结节形成的根本原因,外感六淫、雾霾、吸烟等外因导致气血运行失常是发病的直接原因。肺结节的形成与肺、脾、肝、肾四脏关系密切,气虚痰瘀阻络和气滞血瘀痰凝是肺结节形成的主要病机,在防治方面,祛除致病诱因做到未病先防,改变肺结节生长的身体环境做到已病防变,对于有形之邪,采用中药消散或者手术祛除,同时补益气血,顾护正气应该贯穿肺结节防治的始终,通过对肺结节的病机与防治的探讨,以期为临床治疗肺结节提供新的思路。

Discussion on pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules from the theory of qi and blood and its prevention and treatment

Pulmonary nodules are are tangible evil,located in the lung.The pathology and physiology function of lung is closely related to the theory of qi and blood in traditional Chinese medicine.It is believed that lung qi deficiency is the root cause of lung nodules’formation,and external causes,such as six exogenous causes,haze,smoking and others,which lead to the abnormal operation of qi and blood,are the direct causes.The formation of pulmonary nodules is closely related to the lungs,spleen,liver and kidney.Qi deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals,qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm coagulation are the main pathogenesis of lung nodules.In terms of prevention and treatment,removing the causative factors to prevent the disease before the disease occurs,and changing the physical environment of lung nodules to prevent the disease.As for the tangible evil,Chinese medicine should be used to dissipate it or removed it by surgery.Meanwhile,qi and blood should be replenished,and healthy qi should be taken care of throughout the prevention and treatment of pulmonary nodules.In this paper,the pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules and its prevention and treatment were discussed,in order to provide a new idea for clinical treatment of it.
