摘    要:目的 对慢性盆腔炎应用中西医治疗的临床疗效进行观察及研究。 方法 选取2019年3月至2020年3月襄阳市中医医院诊治的慢性盆腔炎(CPID)患者中符合本研究要求标准的患者100例作为研究对象,随机抽签法将其分为对照组及观察组,分别应用不同治疗方案。应用常规西药治疗的50例患者纳入对照组,应用中西药联合治疗的50例患者纳入观察组,比较两组临床疗效与炎性指标。 结果 观察组治疗有效率为98.00%,显著高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05);治疗后对照组C-反应蛋白为(6.80±1.61)mg/dl,高于观察组的(3.78±1.39)mg/dl;对照组白介素-2为(5.87±1.41)U/L,低于观察组的(7.60±1.28)U/L(P<0.001)。 结论 中医标证治疗慢性盆腔炎可实现标本兼治效果,且中药饮片多为天然药物,药性温和不良反应相对较少,联合西医治疗可显著提升治疗有效性及安全性,临床价值显著,值得重视并推广并应用于临床中。

The core gene and molecular mechanism of chronic urticaria were analyzed based on bioinformatics

Abstract:Objective To analyze the key genes and molecular mechanisms of chronic urticaria (CU) by bioinformatics and machine learning. Methods GSE57178 and GSE72540 data sets were obtained from the GEO database, including a total of 16 CU samples and 12 normal samples. Differential analysis was performed after eliminating the batch effect using R software, followed by KEGG enrichment analysis. Key CU genes were selected using LASSO regression analysis and SVM-RFE machine learning. Finally, the immune cell infiltration amount and infiltration difference between the two groups of samples were calculated using the CIBERSORT deconvolution algorithm. Results A total of 320 differentially expressed genes were identified, including 256 up-regulated genes and 64 down-regulated genes, TNF signaling pathway, Staphylococcus aureus infection, and IL-17 signaling pathway were enriched and analyzed, and five CU key genes were selected, which were PTPN22, TTC21B, PIGW, CD53, and TNFAIP6, with infiltration differences in immune cells such as CD8 + T lymphocytes, regulatory T cells, memory CD4 + T lymphocytes, and neutrophils. Conclusion The potential mechanism of CU is preliminarily explored in this study, and 5 key genes and 11 immune cells with infiltration differences are selected, which can provide some reference for the study of the mechanism of CU.
