人参皂甙对培养大鼠皮层神经细胞O_2~-和H_2_O_2损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的:研究人参皂甙对培养大鼠皮层神经细胞自由基损伤的保护作用。方法:应用O-2和H2O2对培养大鼠皮层神经细胞损伤模型。结果:与损伤组比较,人参皂甙保护组的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)释放量显著减少(P<0.01);而细胞存活率显著增高(P<0.01)。结论:人参皂甙能保护培养大鼠皮层神经细胞少受自由基损伤。

Abstract:Objective: To study the protection of ginsenosides against the free radical damage to cultured rate conical neuronal cells. Methods: The model of O-2 and H2O2 damage to cultured rat cortical neuronal cells was used. Results:Compared with the damaged group,the lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release decreased significantly (P<0. 01) and the neuronal survival rate increased significantly (P<0. 01 ) in the protective group of ginsenosides. Conclusion:Ginsenosides can protect the cultured rat conical neuronal cells from free radical damage.
