| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨冠心病患者使用硝酸酯类药物出现头痛的有效缓解办法.方法 选择因使用硝酸酯类药物发生头痛的冠心病患者100例,随机分为双氯灭痛组和天麻素组,分别给予双氯灭痛和天麻素口服,观察并记录头痛持续时间及服药后总有效率.结果 两组病人治疗后头痛均有改善,疼痛强度减轻,与双氯灭痛组比较,天麻素组疼痛强度减轻明显,头痛持续时间缩短(P＜0.01).结论 服用天麻素能有效缓解硝酸酯类药物所致的头痛.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effective ways to relieve headache due to isosorbide dinitrate in coronary heart disease.Methods 100 patients suffered from headache due to isosorbide dinitrate were randomly divided into 2 groups,50 cases in each group respectively.Gastrodin was used in one group and diclofenac sodium in control group.The duration of headache and total effective rate of each group were recorded.Results The total number and the total duration of headache were markedly decreased in the two groups(P<0.01).Gastrodin group was more effective than control group in total number and total duration of headache.Conclusion Gastrodin is effective to relieve headache due to isosorbide dinitrate. |
