| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨放射治疗联合化学治疗对不能手术的肺上沟瘤的疗效.方法 回顾性分析许昌市中心医院肿瘤科1996年2月～2004年6月治疗肺上沟瘤患者36例.结果 联合治疗后有效率为61.1%(22/36),疼痛缓解率为84.4%(27/32),疼痛缓解中位时间为7个月(3～21个月),1、2、3 a的生存率分别为30.6%(11/36)、5.6%(2/36)和0.结论 不能手术的肺上沟瘤患者放射治疗和化学治疗联合应用可使疼痛缓解、局部肿瘤缩小,提高生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy on unresectable superior sulcus tumor.Methods Thirty-six cases of unresectable superior sulcus tumors treated with radiotherapy between February 1996 to June 2004 were reviewed.Results Tumor regression was achieved in 61.19%(22/36) cades.Pain relief was achieved in 84.4%(27/32) cases,with a median duration of 7 months(3-21 months).The overall survival at 1,2 and 3 years was 30.6%,5.6% and 0%.Conclusion Radiotherapy together with chemotherapy is useful for unresectable superior sulcus in achieved tumors regression,pain relief and life quality. |
