围手术期患者心理干预的效果分析

目的 分析心理干预对围手术期患者应激反应的影响,从而对心理干预的效果做出评价.方法 将120例普外科手术患者随机分为观察组(接受心理干预)和对照组(未接受心理干预)各60例,测定两组心率、血压、焦虑反应各指标在心理干预前(术前1 d、A时间)、心理干预后(麻醉前、B时间)、手术后1 d(C时间)前后的变化,并对其差异做出评价.结果 心理干预前两组各指标差异无统计学意义,干预后B时间心率、收缩压、焦虑反应差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),C时间收缩压、焦虑反应差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 心理干预对减轻围手术期患者的生理心理应激反应均有积极意义,有利于其病情康复.

Effect Analysis of Psycho-intervention in Patients Undergoing Selective and Limited Operation

Objective To analyze the psycho-intervention effect of the patients who had mental stress during perioperative period,and evaluate its efficacy.Methods 120 patients undergone selective and limited operation in general surgery were randomly divided into experimental group(receiving psycho-intervention) and control group.The heart,systolic pressure and anxiety of the patients were measured before psycho-intervention(the day before operation,time A),after psycho-intervention(an hour before anaesthesia,time B),one day after operation(time C).To compare and evaluate their differences.Results The discrepancies between the two groups were not of statistics significance before psycho-intervention,but all of the factors had obvious differences after psycho-intervention(P<0.05,time B).The systolic pressure and anxiety had significant differences on time C(P<0.05).Conclusion Psycho-intervention can release physiologic and mental stress of patients during perioperative period.
