闭合性腹部损伤致小肠破裂71例临床分析

【目的】探讨闭合性腹部损伤致小肠破裂的临床诊断和治疗方法。提高治愈率,减少病死率。【方法】对经手术证实的71例闭合性腹部损伤确诊小肠破裂病例进行回顾性分析。【结果】69例痊愈出院。死亡2例。5例出现术后并发症,其中十二指肠破裂术后出现肠瘘2例、腹腔残存脓肿1例、腹壁切口裂开2例。【结论】早期诊断和手术治疗是处理闭合性腹部损伤之小肠破裂的关键。可以减少并发病发生率,缩短住院时间,降低病死率。

Clinical analysis of 71 cases of simple small intestinal rupture in closed abdominal trauma

Objective] To explore the diagnosis and management of small bowel rupture in blunt abdominal trauma for improve the cure rate decrease mortalityMethods]The clinical data of 71 cases of blunt trauma with demonstrated bowel rupture by operation were analyzed retrospectively.Results]Sixty-nine patients were cured and discharged.There were 5 patients with postoperative complications including 2 cases of duodenal trauma complicated with intestinal fistula,1 case with abdominal abscess,2 cases with wound rupture.2 panients died from different causes.Conclusions]In case of rupture of small intestine the key role for avoid complication,shortening hospitalization time and reduce mortality is diagnose in the early stage.
