过量碘摄入对小鼠脾脏影响的组织学研究

摘    要:【目的】研究过量碘摄入对小鼠脾脏的影响,探讨碘过量对机体免疫功能的影响。【方法】Balb/c小鼠32只,雌雄各半,随机分为4组:适碘组(NI)、5倍碘组(5HI)、10倍碘组(10HI)、50倍碘组(50HI)。给以不同浓度的碘化钾水喂养6个月后,处死,取脾脏,对脾脏的绝对重量、脾脏指数进行测量分析,对脾脏的组织学改变进行观察,测量小鼠脾脏白髓、边缘区的横截面积并进行分析,对边缘区B淋巴细胞、T淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞和浆细胞进行超微结构观察,并进行形态计量学分析。【结果】摄入低倍过量碘的小鼠脾脏未见明显形态学改变,随着过量碘倍数的提高,脾脏的组织学改变逐渐明显,且呈现功能活跃的表现。【结论】高倍过量碘摄入可引起小鼠免疫功能亢进。

Abstract:[Objective] To study the effects of iodine excess on spleen of mice,to evaluate the effect of iodine excess on immune function.[Methods]32 Balb/c mice,half male and half female,were randomly divided into four groups:normal iodine group(NI group),5,10 and 50 folds of normal iodine intake group(5HI,10HI,and 50HI groups).After feeding with different concentration of iodine intake for 6months,the mice were sacrificed.The weight of spleen and spleen index were measured;the morphological changes of the spleen were observed under light microscope.The sectional surface area of white pulp and marginal zone were measured and analyzed.The ultrastructure of B lymphocytes,T lymphocytes,macrophages and plasma cells were observed under electron microscope and analyzed with stereologic method.[Results]No obvious changes were found in the mice with low level of iodine excess intake,while more obvious changes were found in the mice with high level of iodine excess intake.[Conclusions]High level of iodine excess intake can cause immunity more active than normal in Balb/c mice.
