| 摘 要： | 【目的】总结和分析残胃癌的临床诊治特点。【方法】回顾性分析1997年2月-2000年11月收治的10例残胃癌。【结果】手术切除率为80%,根治切除率60%,5年生存率20%,根治性切除者的2年生存率达83.3%。【结论】胃良性疾病行手术治疗时,应以BillrothⅠ式为首选;定期胃镜检查残胃患者,早期诊断和根治性外科治疗是决定残胃癌预后的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective] To analyze clinical features of diagnosis and treatment of gastric remnant carcinoma. Methods] Ten cases of gastric remnant carcinoma admitted from 1997 to 2000 were studied retrospectively. Results] Removal rate was 80% and radical resection rate was 60%, the overall 5 - year survival rate was 20%, but the 2 - year survival rate of patients with radical resection was 83.3%. Conclusion] Billroth I is the surgical treatment of first choice for the benign gastric diseases; periodical gastroscope examination, early diagnosis and radical surgical treatmint might be the key factor for gastric remnant carcinoma. |
