肉苁蓉总黄酮的微波提取及含量测定

摘    要:目的 从肉苁蓉中提取总黄酮 ,并测定其含量。方法 运用微波技术提取肉苁蓉总黄酮 ,用比色法测定总黄酮含量。结果 测得肉苁蓉中总黄酮含量 2 .5 4 % ,平均回收率为 10 3.14 % ,RSD=0 .95 (n=6 )。结论 首次运用微波技术从肉苁蓉中提取出总黄酮 ,反应速度加快 ,实验结果令人满意。

Abstract:Objective To extract and determine total flavonoids in Cistanche salsa (C.A.Mey.) G.Beck..Methods Total flavonoids in Cistanche salsa (C.A.Mey.) G.Beck. were extracted by microwave technique and determined by colorimetry.Results Total flavonoids in Cistanche salsa (C.A.Mey.) G.Beck. is 2.54%,and recovery rate is 103.14%.Conclusion Microwave Technique was applied to extracting total flavonoids in Cistanche salsa (C.A.Mey.) G.Beck. for the first time.
