C-erbB-2在乳腺癌中的表达及意义

目的　检测乳腺癌组织中C -erbB -2蛋白的表达与淋巴结转移的关系 ,以探讨其癌基因在乳腺癌的发生发展及转移过程中的作用及临床应用价值。方法　用S -P法对 97例乳腺癌进行免疫组化染色。其中 47例有淋巴结转移 ,5 0例无淋巴结转移 ,2 0例乳腺腺病作对照。结果　C -erbB -2在乳腺腺病、有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌、无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌中的表达率分别为 10 .0 0 %、76.60 %、40 .0 0 %;乳腺腺病与乳腺癌两者相比差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,有淋巴结转移者的阳性率明显高于无转移者 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　C -erbB -2的检测对乳腺良恶性病变有一定的鉴别诊断价值 ,乳腺癌组织中C -erbB -2的表达与淋巴结转移有关 ,临床常规检测C -erbB -2对乳腺癌的预后判断具有一定意义。

Clinical significance of C-erbB-2 expression in breast cancer

Objective To detect the C-erbB-2 protein expression in breast cancer tissues and its association with lymphatic metastasis,so as to study the role of oncogenes play in the genesis,development and metastasis of breast cancer. Methods An S-P immunohistochemistry method was used to stain 97 samples of breast cancer. 47 of them were found with lymphatic metastasis,50 without lymphatic metastasis. 20 patients with adenosis of mammary glands were taken as control group. Results The expression rates of C-erbB-2 positive in adenosis of mammary glands,breast cancer with lymphatic metastasis,breast cancer without lymphatic metastasis were 10.00%,76.60% and 40.00%,respectively. The comparison between adenosis of mammary glands and breast cancer showed statistically significant difference (P<0.01),the positive rate in breast cancer with lymphatic metastasis was statistically higher than that without lymphatic metastasis (P<0.01). Conclusion The data suggested that the detection of C-erbB-2 is of value in differential diagnosis of benign or malignant mammary glands disease lesions. In breast cancer tissues,the C-erbB-2 expression is associated with lymphatic metastasis. The clinical detection of C-erbB-2 is of some significance in prognostic judgment of breast cancer.
