贵阳市社区老年人慢性病及其危险因素的调查

目的 了解贵阳地区老年人慢性病患病情况。制定有效的防治对策。方法 采用入户访谈方式，对老年人慢性病及其危险因素进行调查。结果 老年人慢性忠现率为５８．２％，疾病顺位依次为高的血压、心脏病、慢性支气管炎、胆囊炎、白内、脑血管疾病等；老年慢性病存在年龄、性别、职业的差异；老年慢性病危险因素为；吸烟（２８．８％）、饮酒（２５．１％）、缺乏锻炼、（６０．９％）、高盐饮食（１５．４％），不能得到定期健康检查

An investigation on the chronic diseases and dangerous factors of the old people in Guiyang community

Objective To make sure of the diseased cases of the old persons in the Guiyang area and then to take an effective countermeasure of preventing and curing the diseases.Methods The author has investigated the chronic diseases and dangerous factors of the aged by visiting them at home.Results The rate of their chronic diseases was 58 2%.The order of the diseases was hyoertension,heart disease,chronic bronchitis,cholecystitis,cataract,cerebrovascular disease and so on.There were some differences in their age,sex and profession about their chronic diseases.The dangerous factors of them:the rate of smoking 28 8%,the rate of drinking is 25 1%,the rate of being lack of training bodies was 60 9%,the rate of eating too much salt was 15 4% and the rate without giving them the regular examination for their bodies was 88 2%.Conclusion The rate of the chronic diseases is high and there are many kinds of diseases otherwise,the dangerous factors of these diseases exist in common,so it is extremely urgent to launch the healthy education for the community crowd.
