| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨自制白及油膏治疗肛裂的临床效果。方法：对78例肛裂患者应用自制中药白及油局部外涂治疗。结果：治愈55例，好转20例，无效3例，有效率为96.15%。结论：白及油膏治疗肛裂临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe clinical effect of the self-made Rhizoma-Bletillae ointment for the treatment of anal fissure.Method：In 78 cases of patients with anal fissure by self-made Rhizoma-Bletillae ointment topical t reatment.Result：In all 78 cases,55 cases were cured,20 cases were improved,3 cases were invalid,The cure rate is 96.15%.Conclusion：There was significant clinical effect of Rhizoma-Bletillae ointment for the treatment of anal fissure. |
