| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨131I治疗老年分化型甲状腺癌淋巴结转移（LMDTC）的疗效.方法 对33例老年分化型甲状腺癌术后合并淋巴结转移进行131I治疗,并采用B超、CT、131I显像及Tg变化综合判断疗效.结果 33例老年分化型LMDTC,131I治疗后有27例淋巴结消除或缩小,有效率为81.8％（27/33）.结论 131I治疗老年分化型甲状腺癌淋巴结转移有较好的疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the therapeutic ettect of 131I on lymph node metastases from differentiated thyroid cancer （LMDTC） in elder patients. Methods Thirty three elder patients with lymph node metastases from differentiated thyroid cancer were received 131I therapy. The therapeutic effect was assessed comprehensively by detection of neck ultrasonography, computed tomography （CT） , whole body 131I scan and serum thyroglobulin （Tg） changes. Results LMDTC were eliminated and minimized in 27 patients. The effective rate was 81.8%. Conclusion 131I therapy is effective for elder patients with LMDTC. |
