72例社区血脂异常患者健康教育效果观察

目的：探讨血脂异常患者进行健康教育的效果。方法：对72例血脂异常患者开展为期两年的健康教育,通过对其前后的行为状况,以及教育后1年、2年血脂水平监测进行效果评估。结果：72例血脂异常患者在健康教育前后知识、行为水平有明显不同（P〈0.05）,2年期调脂治疗效果明显优于1年期（P〈0.05）。结论：对血脂异常患者进行以生活方式改变为主的健康教育可以有效改变其行为状况,长期不懈会使调脂更加有效。

Observation on 72 cases of patients with abnormal blood lipid effect of health education in community

Objective： To explore the health education of patients with dyslipidemia effect. Methods： to carry out health education for two years in 72 cases with abnormal blood lipid, the before and after the behavior, and education after 1 years, 2 years to evaluate the blood lipid level monitoring. Results： 72 eases of patients with dyslipidemia in the knowledge, behavior before and after health education are significantly different（P〈0.05）, 2 years period of lipid-lowering therapy is obviously better than that of a 1 year period （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： health education based on the change in lifestyle can effectively change the behavior of patients with dyslipidemia, lipid regulating effects of lon~-term unremitting will be more effective.
