| 摘 要： | 加强医院人才队伍建设是顺应国家医改和现代医学发展的需要。要以科学发展为指导，结合医院工作实际，加快人才分层分类培养步伐，建立层次分明科学合理的人才队伍体系，以支持医院又好又快发展。该文对此进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The strengthening of hospital talent team construction is in line with the needs to keep up with the re-form and development of modern medicine. U under the guidance of scientific development,and combined with prac-tical work in our hospital, accelerated categorized personnel training is essential to build up distinct, scientific and reasonable personnel system in order to support the faster and better development of our hospital. This paper discusses into the above mentioned topic. |
