25 例输尿管镜治疗上尿路结石临床分 析简

目的：探讨输尿管镜治疗上尿路结石患者的临床疗效。方法：对某医院2011年6月-2013年2月收治的上尿路结石患者选取25例行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术，并对这些患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：实施手术后患者痊愈的有19例，占76.0%；显效的有5例，占20.0%，无效的有1例，占4.0%，总有效率为96.0%。结论：使用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术对治疗上尿路结石患者安全有效，值得推广。

Clinical analysis of ureteroscopy treatment on 25 cases of patients with upper urinary tract lithiasis

Objective：The clinical efficacy of ureteroscopy treatment on patients with upper urinary tract lithiasis was analyzed. Methods：The clinical data of 25 cases of patients with upper urinary tract lithiasis selected during June 2011~February 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analysed. All were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under ureter mirror. Results：19 patients （76.0%） recovered after surgery, in which 5 cases （20.0%） obtained obvious effect,1 case （4.0%） was invalid, and the total effective rate was 96.0%. Conclusions：Using the holmium laser lithotripsy under ureter mirror in treatment of patients with urinary stones is safe and effective, which is worth clinical promotion.
