种植体义齿临床应用观察

目的：探讨口腔羟基磷灰石涂层（BLB）种植体系修复牙列缺损的临床效果。方法：选取口腔科患者50例,行BLB种植修复,研究种植后4~6个月安装愈合基台,修复后3个月、6个月、1年后的临床观察种植体及上部结构松动情况、牙槽骨的吸收情况以及周围组织等。结果：1修复后6个月,1粒种植体松动,经调整咬合后较以前减轻;1粒因牙周炎失败拔除,;1粒上部结构松动,经调整中央螺丝后稳固。2修复后1年,骨整合较好,除拔出1例外,牙槽骨的吸收情况均小于1.5mm。结论：BLB种植体修复牙列缺损的成功率较高为98.2%,值得在口腔修复中广泛使用。

Clinical application of implant denture and summary

Objective： This research aims to investigate the oral dentition defect repair system BLB planting clinical effect. Methods： We analysised 50 patients routine dental visits BLB implant restoration, the study from April to June planting healing abutment is installed, repaired 3 months, 6 months, clinical observation and the upper structure of implant loosening after 1 year, the absorption of alveolar bone and surrounding tissue and the like. Re- sults： The results show that six months after the repair, an implant loosening, after adjustment to reduce the bite than before; periodontitis patients fail unplug one,; an upper structure loose, after adjusting for the central screws securely; andl year after the repair, good osseointegration, unless a pull exception absorption of alveolar bone is less than 1.5 mm. Conclusion： BLB dentition defect repair implant success rate was 98.2% higher, it is widely used in dental restoration.
