摘    要:目的:建立基于国人成人活体薄层MR图像的大脑外侧裂三维可视化模型,为临床诊疗提供解剖学依据.方法:选取5例健康成人颅脑进行薄层MR扫描,将数据输入3D-Doctor软件包,建立大脑外侧裂三维可视化模型.结果:成功建立大脑外侧裂三维可视化模型,模型可清楚显示大脑外侧裂在整脑中的三维立体形态、与周围重要结构的毗邻关系,且能在任意方向旋转.结论:大脑外侧裂的三维可视化模型可为临床实践提供形态学参考,为虚拟手术奠定基础.

Abstract:Objective:To establish the three-dimensional visible model of sylvian fissure based on thin layer of MR images in Chinese adult living donor and provide the anatomic basis for clinic. Methods:The brain thin layer MR scanning in 5 healthy adult volunteers were implemented,the data were inputted to 3D-Doctor software package for establishing three-dimensional visible model of Sylvian fissure. Results:The three-dimensional visualization model of sylvian fissure was successfully constructed, which could clearly showed the three-dimensional form of sylvian fissure in brain and adjacent relationship of surrounding vital structures. The model could be rotated in any direction. Conclusions : This three-dimensional visible model of the sylvian fissure can provide morphological reference in clinical practice and the basis for virtual surgery.
