| 摘 要： | 探讨子宫内膜异位症（EMs）的诊断及治疗。子宫内膜异位症的诊断主要有临床症状与体征,影像学诊断,生化指标诊断和腹腔镜诊断,治疗主要有药物治疗和手术治疗。目前子宫内膜异位症发病机制不清晰、诊断不确切、治疗不满意。

| Abstract: | To investigate diagnosis and treatment of the endometriosis （Ems）. the diagnosis of EMs includes the clinical symptoms and signs, imaging diagnosis, biochemical indicator in the diagnosis and laparoscopic diagnosis; the treatment of EMs has drug treatment and operation. At present, the EMs pathogenesis is not clear, the diagnosis is not exact and the treatment is not satisfied. |
