课堂内外教学督导对人体解剖学教学效果的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨通过课堂内外教学督导,提高高职教学效果。方法:选取不同专业人体解剖学课程进行教师及学生督导组对学生的日常学习、教师的日常教学进行督促与检查。结果:学生的实验成绩、理论成绩及掌握知识的牢固性有显著的提高。结论:通过课堂内外师生之间的教学督导,能显著地提高学生的学习效果,同时也促进了教师教学水平的提高。

Abstract:Objective:To improve the teaching effect by instructional supervision in and outside class.Method:To choose the teacher and peer supervisors to supervise and speed up the students' daily study from different majors, to choose the students to supervise the daily teaching.Result:the great improvement of the students' academic results and a firm grasp of the knowledge.Conclusion:the supervision in and outside class between the teachers and the students can improve the learning efficiency, and can promote the teaching level as well.
