| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝外伤诊断和治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析35例肝外伤患者资料。结果：保守治疗13例,均治愈。手术治疗22例,术后发生并发症10例,均经保守治疗治愈。结论：正确的判断,选择合适的治疗方法是治疗肝外伤成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of liver trauma. Methods：Retrospective analysis all kinds of liver trauma of 35 cases in hospital. Results：Conservative treatment of 13 cases were cured. Postoperative complications which were observed in the 10 cases during Surgical treatment of 22 cases were cured by conservative treatment. Conclusion：The correct judgments and appropriate treatments are the key to the success of treatment of liver trauma. |
