吴茱萸碱对高尿酸血症动物模型的影响

摘    要:目的:通过建立大鼠及鸡高尿酸血症动物模型,观察吴茱萸碱的降血尿酸作用。方法:(1)将大鼠灌胃次黄嘌呤(100mg/kg),再皮下注射氧嗪酸钾盐(20mg/kg)致尿酸增高模型,观察吴茱萸碱的降血尿酸作用;(2)通过喂食鸡高蛋白高钙饲料建立鸡高尿酸血症模型,观察吴茱萸碱在给药7d和14d后的降血尿酸作用。结果:与模型组比较,吴茱萸碱高低剂量组均有降低大鼠血清尿酸值的作用,且低剂量组降血尿酸作用效果显著;在给药后第7d和第14d,与模型组比较,吴茱萸碱低剂量组能显著降低鸡高尿酸血症动物模型的血清尿酸值。结论:吴茱萸碱具有一定的降血尿酸作用,为临床进一步研究吴茱萸碱对高尿酸血症的治疗作用提供了实验依据。

Effect of Evodiamine on Animal Model of Hyperuricemia

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of Evodiamine in reducing serumuneacid by establishing animal model of hyperuri- cemia in rats. Methods: ( 1 ) Through intragastric administration of the rats hypoxanthine ( 100 mg/kg) firstly and then injecting oxy- gen hydrochloride acid potassium salt (20 mg/kg) ) subcutaneously to establish the model of hyperuricemia and investigated the effects of Evadiamine in reducing serum uric acid; (2) Through feeding chicken high protein and high calcium to build chicken model of hy- peruricemia and investigated the effects of evodiamine in reducing serum uric acid after dosing 7 d and 14 d. Results: Compared with the model group, the high and low dosage groups of Evodiamine had reducing serum uric acid values in rats, while the low dose group had significantly reducing serum uric acid effects. After administration of 7d and 14d, compared with the model group, the low dose group Evodiamine could significantly reduce the serum uric acid values of animal models hyperuricemia in chicken. Conclusion: Evo- diamine has a certain role in reducing blood uric acid and provide an experimental basis for the further study on clinical therapeutic effects of Evodiamine on hyperuricemia.
