| 摘 要： | 目的:分析回汉民族心理应激相关因子与高血压病的关系。方法:选择宁夏吴忠市6个社区(年龄3574岁)高血压病患者和健康体检人群各210例分别为病例组和对照组,对研究对象进行医学体检和血液生化指标测定。结果:①病例组与对照组在TNF-α和IFN-γ之间有统计学差异(P<0.01);②回族和汉族病例组和对照组分别在TNF-α和IFN-γ之间有统计学差异(P<0.01),且回族病例组与汉族病例组之间有统计学差异(P<0.01);③回族和汉族高血压病人血清TNF-α与BMI、TC、TG、LDL-C和IFN-γ有相关性(P<0.01)。结论:心理应激相关因子TNF-α和IFN-γ是回汉民族高血压病的影响因子,与高血压定性因子BMI、TC、TG有关。

| Abstract: | Objective：Analyze the relations between psychological stress-related factors and hypertension of Hui and Han Nationality.Methods：210 hypertensive patients and 210 healthy people（aged 35～74） in 6 communities in Wuzhong,Ningxia were selected as case group and control group,given medical examination and The differences of TNF-α and IFN-γ between Hui nationality and Han nationality in case group and control group were respectively significant.Case group of Hui patients with hypertension is correlated with BMI,TC,TG,LDL-C and IFN-γ（P＜0.01）.Conclusion：Psychological stress-related factors TNF-α and IFN-γ are hypertension factors of Hui and Han nationality and correlated with qualitative factors BMI,TC and TG. |
