临时微创膀胱穿刺造瘘在TURP中的应用

目的：探讨微创膀胱穿刺造瘘在减小经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）术中术后并发前列腺电切综合征（TURS）的风险中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析140例前列腺增生患者，分实验组及对照组，各70例，实验组在行临时微创膀胱穿刺造瘘回流的条件下进行TURP术，对照组在未行临时微创膀胱穿刺造瘘回流的条件下进行TURP术。比较两组手术时间、手术前后血红蛋白及血钠的变化。结果：两组间比较，实验组的手术时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）、手术前后血红蛋白、血钠的变化亦明显小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：TURP术中临时行微创膀胱穿刺造瘘有助于减少TURS的发生从而降低TURP风险。

Application of temporary invasive bladder puncture in TURP

Objective：To investigate the value of temporary bladder puncture fistula in reducing the risk of TURS happen in TURP surgery.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 140 cases of BPH, set 2 groups （including the experi-mental group and the control group）,70 cases in each group,the experimental group （patients were taken temporary bladder puncture fistula in TURP sugery）,the control group（patients were not taken temporary bladder puncture fistu-la in TURP sugery）.Were compared the operation time, hemoglobin and serum sodium changes before and after TURP surgery.Results：The comparison between the two groups, the experimental group operative time was significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）,before and after surgery hemoglobin, serum sodium was also significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Take temporary invasive bladder puncture in TURP surgery may help reduce the incidence of TURS.
