重度难治性褥疮术前及术后护理设计及体 会简

目的：探讨Ⅲ-Ⅳ度难治性褥疮的护理设计方法及临床护理效果。方法：Ⅲ-Ⅳ度褥疮患者23例,均按照手术前和手术后两个阶段进行分期护理,包括局部创面护理、全身状态护理及指导护理。结果：经实施上述护理,褥疮创面清洁,肉芽组织生长良好,低蛋白血症基本纠正,顺利接受手术治疗后,创面修复良好,最终均病愈出院。结论：对于褥疮患者的护理,在分期护理的前提下,以符合个性特征为指导原则,选择患者最适合的护理方法。同时护理人员应加强自身的业务水平及责任感,调动护理工作的积极性与主动性。

Strategies of Preoperative and Postoperative Nursing Care for Severe Pressure Ulcer

Objective：To introduce the strategy and effectiveness of nursing care which we take inⅢ~Ⅳgrades severe pressure ulcer.Methods：A retrospective study of 23 patients withⅢ~Ⅳgrades pressure ulcer who were treated in our hospital.All patients nursing care divided into preoperative and postoperative stages, including local wound nursing care, nutritional support and guidance.Results：When all patients were dealt with the nurse we applied, we de-tected that the purulent secretion and necrotic tissue reduced obviously, granulation tissue formed, which provided a good condition for the surgery treatment. The pressure ulcer recovered satisfactorily when applied operation treatment. Conclusion：It is important to select the characteristic and befitting nurse technique for nursing severe pressure ulcer pa-tients. On the other hand, it is essential to enhance the personal working ability, responsibility, enthusiasm and initiative.
