MSCT 薄层增强扫描在肾上腺肿瘤诊断中的价值简

目的：根据肾上腺肿瘤的CT表现与病理对照分析，评价MSCT薄层增强扫描对肾上腺肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断价值，提高对肾上腺肿瘤的诊断水平。方法：回顾性分析27例经手术病理证实的各类肾上腺肿瘤的CT表现及病理组织学类型。结果：皮质腺瘤10例，皮质腺癌1例，嗜铬细胞瘤7例，囊肿2例，髓样脂肪瘤4例，转移癌3例。结论：肾上腺肿瘤CT表现有一定的特征性，MSCT薄层扫描能提高其定位诊断准确率，肿瘤增强特点与病理结构相关，认真分析，结合临床及生化检查，可对其作出定性诊断。

The Diagnostic Value of MSCT using thin slice incremental scanning in Adrenal Tumors

Objective：According to the CT features of adrenal tumors, assess the value of MSCT using thin slice incremental scanning in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease and to improve the level of diagnosis of a-drenal tumors.Methods：The CT findings of 27 cases were analyzed retrospectively,the results were then confirmed by surgery and pathology and pathologic.Results：10 of 27 patients have adenoma,adenocarcinoma l,adrenal myelolipoma 4,metastatic tumors 3 and adrenal pheochromocytoma 7,and 2 adrenal cysts.Conclusions：Adrenal tumors have cer-tain characteristic CT signs, MSCT using thin slice incremental scanning can improve the accuracy of localization di-agnosis, tumor enhancement features is associated with Pathologic structure,careful annlysis, CT findings combined with clinical and laboratory data can provide correct diagnosis.
