咽鼓管吹张注药联合口服药物对急性分泌性中耳炎的治疗作用

目的 探讨咽鼓管吹张注药联合口服药物对急性分泌性中耳炎的治疗效果.方法 63例76耳急性分泌性中耳炎患者,随机分为两组.治疗组30例36耳,予以鼻内镜下咽鼓管吹张注药联合口服抗菌药物、皮质类固醇激素治疗;对照组33例40耳,单纯口服抗菌药物、皮质类固醇激素治疗.疗程结束1个月后根据患者主观感觉及相关检查结果比较两组疗效.结果 治疗组治愈19耳,占52.8%（19/36）,好转13耳,占36.1%（13/36）,无效4耳,占11.1%（4/36）,总有效率为88.9%;对照组治愈12耳,占30.0%（12/40）,好转13耳,占32.5%（13/40）,无效15耳,占37.5%（15/40）,总有效率为62.5%.两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,均未出现严重并发症.结论 鼻内镜下咽鼓管吹张注药联合口服药物治疗效果好,并发症少,是治疗急性分泌性中耳炎较为理想的方法.

Effect of eustachian tube insufflation injecting dexamethasone and ambroxol hydrochl-oride and oral drugs treatment on acute secretory otitis media

Objective To explore the effect of eustachian tube insufflation injecting dexamethasone and ambroxol hydrochloride and oral drugs treatment on acute secretory otitis media（ASOM）. Methods A total of 63 cases （76 ears） with ASOM were randomly divided in- to treatment group and control group. The treatment group（30 patients ,36 ears）were treated with eustachian tube insufflation injecting dexam- ethasone and ambroxol hydroehloride and oral drugs, and the control group（ 33 patients ,40 ears ）treated with only oral drugs. After one month, the effects were compared between the two groups according to the patients＇subjective feeling and audiological examination results. Results In the treatment group,19 of 36 ears were cured （52.8 % ） , 13 ears improved （36.1% ） ,no effects observed in 4 ears （11.1% ） ,and the overall effective rate was 88.9 %. In the control group, 12 of 40 ears were cured （30.0 % ） ,13 ears improved （32.5%） and no effects ob- served in 15 ears （37.5 % ） , and the overall effective rate was 62.5 %. There was significant difference between two groups;there were no serious complications happened. Conclusion The eustachian tube insufflation injecting dexamethasone and ambroxol hydrochloride and oral drugs treatment has good effects and less complications, which is a good way of treating acute secretory otitis media.
