结肠息肉内镜下活检术与切除术后的病理诊断比较

目的：评估内镜下活检术对结肠息肉病理诊断的准确性,探讨结肠息肉的临床治疗。方法：分析某医院行内镜下结肠息肉切除的患者资料,重点比较结肠息肉内镜下活检术与息肉切除术后标本的病理诊断。结果：62例结肠息肉患者中单发52例。共检出息肉74枚,比较内镜下息肉活检术后病理与切除术后病理诊断的一致性为58%,Kappa值为0.293（P〈0.01）。所有患者接受内镜下治疗后,无1例出现并发症。结论：结肠息肉活检术与切除后的标本病理结果存在显著的不一致,单纯根据活检术对结肠息肉进行分类不一定可靠。

Comparison of pathological diagnosis between samples of endoscopic colonic polyps biopsy and endoscopic resection

Objective： To evaluate accuracy of pathological diagnosis of colonic polyps biopsy ,and to study the clinical treatment of colonic polyps. Methods： Clinical data of patients with colonic polyps endoscopic resection in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, and pathological diagnosis of colonic polyps samples from endoscopic biopsy and endoscopic resection were compared mainly. Results： 62 cases of patients with colonic polyps were included in this study, 52 cases were single colonic polyps, and total polyps number were 74.The Kappa value of samples from colonic polyps biopsy and endoscopic resection was 0.293 （P〈0.01）.No complication occurred among patients under- went endoscopic polyps resection. Conclusion： An inconsistency of pathological diagnosis existed between endoscopic biopsy and resection, classification of colonic polyps is not reliable purely based on endoscopic polyps biopsy.
