| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨采取预见性护理措施对预防新生儿感染的临床效果。方法选取198例新生儿作为研究对象，随机分为对照组97例和观察组101例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予预见性护理，对比分析两组新生儿感染发生情况。结果观察组新生儿感染率和重症感染率分别为6．93％和0．99％，对照组新生儿分别为25．77％和9．28％；观察组感染率和重症感染率均低于对照组（ P ＜0．05或P ＜0．01）。结论在临床上，采取预见性护理措施能较好地预防新生儿感染的发生，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of predictable nursing intervention in infection prevention of newborns . Methods A total of 198 newborns were assigned into two groups：the control group （ n =97） and observation group （ n =101）.The newborns of the control group were treated by conventional nursing measures .And the newborns of the observntion group were treated by predictable nursing intervention based on the conventional nursing .Results The infection rate and the serious infection rate of the con-trol group were 25.77% and 9.28%, the infection rate and the serious infection rate of the observation group were 6.93% and 0.99%.The infection rate and the serious infection rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （ P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）.Conclusion The predictable nursing intervention is significant in prevention of infection of newborns . |
