胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT表现特征

目的：探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤（SPTP）CT表现及诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析经手术病理证实的20例SPTP的CT表现。结果：SPTP呈圆形、类圆形,形态规则7例,不规则9例;11例囊实性相仿,6例囊性为主,3例实性为主。15例包膜显示。9例伴钙化。12例肿块与胰腺交界区见“杯口征”。实性呈附壁结节或“浮云征”,囊性呈“裂隙征”或网格样或大片分布。动态增强16例SPTP实性成分早期不均匀和渐进性强化,8例出现网格样、环形强化,囊变区无强化;包膜强化早且持续强化。结论：SPTP具有典型CT表现,MDCT薄层扫描及图像后处理价值较大,可为临床诊疗提供重要依据。

Imaging Findings of Solid Pseudopapillary Tumor of Pancreas on Computed Tomography

Objective： To explore characteristics and diagnostic value of solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas （SPTP）on Computed Tomography （CT）. Methods： The CT imaging features of 20 cases SPTP with the surgically and pathologically proved were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Their shapes were round or oval, and regular in 7 cases, irregular in 9 cases. The components of solid-cystic were similar in 11 cases, predominantly component of cystic in 6 cases and solid in 3 cases. The coated were displayed in 15 cases and 9 cases with calcification. The bordering of tumor and pancreatic were ＂Sign at Top＂ in 12 cases. The component of solid were mural nodule or ＂cloud syndrome＂ and cystic were ＂Crack Sign＂ or alveolate or large distribute. The solid area of SPTP was early heterogeneous and slowly progressive enhancement in 16 cases, and the enhancement of alveolate and circular in 8 cases. However, the cystic area was not enhancement. The coated enhancement was early and continuous of tumor. Conclusion： The CT characteristics of SPTP are typical. It is greater value in diagnosis SPTP that thin layer scan of multi-detector spiral CT （MDCT） and post-processing of CT imaging, which can provides important information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
