可调钠联合线性超滤用于透析症状低血压的观 察简

目的：探讨可调钠联合线性超滤对于透析症状低血压患者的影响。方法：选择透析中连续2次发生低血压反应的规律血液透析患者20例,以抽签法随机分为观察组和对照组各10例。对照组采用标准透析模式（SD）;观察组采用内置的sodium and UFproflie系统,选择Na-3,UF-3方案,比较两种模式的透析间期平均体重增加量及实际超滤量,低血压的发生率及在透析中血压的变化。结果：两种模式的透析间期平均体重增加量及实际超滤量比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）;两种模式透析前及透析1、2h血压差异无统计学意义;透析3、4h血压变化差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）;两种模式低血压的发生率差异有显著性统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：可调节钠联合线性超滤透析模式减少了低血压的发生。确保了超滤目标的实现．对于透析低血压患者值得推广。

Effect of the adjustable sodium dialysis ultrafiltration combined linear ultrafiltration on the symptoms of patients with hypotension

Objective：To investigate the adjustable sodium dialysis uhrafihration combined linear effect on the symptoms of patients with hypotension. Methods：20 regular hemodialysis 2 times in a row occurred hypotcnsion pa- tients, randomly divided into observation group and control group with 10 cases in each. The control group using stan- dard dialysis mode （SD）; the observation group was treated with the built-in sodium and UF Profile, Na-3, UF-3, in- terdialytic weight comparison of 2 kinds of models and actual uhrafiltration volume increases, the incidence of hy- potension and blood pressure changes in the dialysis. Results：the average weight of 2 kinds of mode of dialysis interval increased amount and the actual amount of uhrafihration had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）; the 2 mode through the dialysis, blood pressure before and 1,2h had no significant difference between the 3,4h; dialysis, blood pressure decreased, there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）; 2 modes of hypotension the occurrence rate had significant differ- ence （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion：the adjustable sodium combined with linear uhrafihration dialysis mode, reduce the inci- dence of hypotension, ensure the realization of goals for uhrafihration, dialysis hypotension is worthy to be popularized.
