| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨时间分辨法和酶联免疫法检测TP抗体的临床应用效果。方法：根据说明书对2012年10月-2013年4月份的400份标本分别用时间分辨法和酶联免疫法进行检测。结果：酶联免疫法和时间分辨法检测的阳性率分别4.50%、4.75%，阳性率差异比较无统计学意义（P ＆gt;0.05）。结论：时间分辨法与酶联免疫法在梅毒筛查实验上敏感性基本相同。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the clinical application efficacy of time resolution and ELISA in detecting TP antibody.Method：According to the instructions on the October 2012 to April 2013 of 400 specimens were used time-resolved detection and ELISA methods. Result： ELISA method and the method of time-resolved detection of positive rates were 4.50%, 4.75%, the positive rate difference was not statistically significant （P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion：Time-resolved and syphilis screening ELISA method is basically the same experimental sensitivity. |
