孕妇学校系统化分娩培训对孕妇分娩意愿的影响

目的：了解系统化分娩培训这种健康教育模式对孕妇分娩意愿影响的效果。方法：对在孕妇学校参加系统化分娩培训的孕妇，于培训前、后进行分娩意愿的问卷调查，将结果比较分析。结果：培训前有31.51%的孕妇愿意选择剖宫产，62.18%的孕妇愿意选择自然分娩，6.31%的孕妇不能决定分娩方式；培训后孕妇意愿剖宫产的降至8.77%，意愿自然分娩的占90.11%，尚不确定的1.12%，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：通过孕妇学校对孕妇进行系统化分娩培训，提高孕妇对分娩知识的了解程度，帮助其做出正确的分娩方式选择，降低社会因素剖宫产。

Effects of delivery systematic training in pregnancy school on the willing of delivery

Objective：To investigate the influence of delivery systematic training about the willing of delivery. Methods：Questionnaire survey was conducted among all the pregnant women participated in pregnancy school before and after training , SPSS were performed to analyze the data. Results：Before training 31.51%of these pregnant wom-en prefer cesarean section, 62.18%of the pregnant women would choose natural childbirth, 6.31%of pregnant women can not decide the mode of delivery, After training 8.77%of these pregnant women prefer cesarean section, 90.11%of the pregnant women would choose natural childbirth, 1.12%of pregnant women can not decide the mode of delivery, The difference is statistically significant （ P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：the delivery systematic training of pregnancy school for pregnant women can improve the knowledge about delivery for the pregnant women,help them choose the right mode of delivery, decrease the rate of uterine-incision delivery.
