凶险性前置胎盘58例临床分析

目的：探讨凶险性前置胎盘的发病原因、处理方法和妊娠结局。方法：对某医院58例凶险性前置胎盘患者的病例资料进行分析。结果：58例凶险性前置胎盘患者，无1例死亡，全部存活。结论：对于凶险性前置胎盘要引起高度重视，适时剖宫产终止妊娠，切实做好术前准备，术中卡前列素氨丁三醇联合1-0号可吸收线“8”字缝扎止血活动性出血部位，出血多者同时宫腔纱条填塞可减少凶险性前置胎盘患者产后出血发生率，减少出血量，提高患者生存质量。

Clinical analysis of 58 cases of dangerous placenta previa

Objective：To explore the cause of disease, treatment methods and outcome of pregnancy of dangerous placenta previa.Methods：58 cases of dangerous placenta previa were analyzed retrospectively.Results：All patients were survived without one death case. Conclusion：It should be paid attention to dangerous placenta previa. Timely ce-sarean section pregnancy termination and good preoperative preparation is essential. During operation, Carboprost Tromethamine Injection and＆quot;8＆quot;suture in check in active bleeding part are used. At the same time, bleeding more u-terine gauze can reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in patients with dangerous placenta previa, reduce bleeding, and improve the quality of life of patients.
