蟾酥注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的meta 分析

目的蟾酥注射液是中药蟾酥的水溶性提取物,具有清热解毒、抗炎、增强免疫力、抗肿瘤及止咳平喘等药理作用。目前有研究表明,蟾酥联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌能提高疗效。本文旨在对蟾酥联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床研究做meta分析。方法检索了CNKI,MEDLINE,EMBASE等数据库,使用的检索词包括：“蟾酥注射液”、“Toadvenom”、“Huachansu”、“bufalin”、“nonsmall—celllungcancer”、“clinicaltrail”等,最后检索日期：2013年5月10日,共检出4篇符合要求的文章用于分析。结果蟾酥能提高非小细胞肺癌联合化疗的疗效,并能改善患者的生活质量,但目前的临床研究存在明显偏倚,其作用可能被夸大。

Venenum Bufonis Injection Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Carcinoma: a Meta-analysis

Objective Venenum Bufonis injection was a water-soluble extract of the traditional Chinese medicine Venenum Bufonis. It has great pharmacological effects like heat-cleating and detoxification, anti-inflammation, immunity-enhancing, anti- tumor and relieving cough and asthma. Some researches showed that the Venenum Bufonis combined with chemotherapy could improve the curative effect on advanced non-small cell lung cancer. This study made a meta-analysis on Venenum Bufonis com- bined with chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Database as CNKI, MEDLINE, EMBASE and so on were searched for ＂Venenum Bufonis injection＂, ＂Toad venom＂, ＂Huachansu＂, ＂bufalin＂, ＂non small-cell lung cancer＂, ＂chnical trial＂, etc. The final retrieval date： May 10, 2013. There were four articles in accordance with the requirements of article for meta-analysis. Results Venenum Bufonis injection could enhance the curative effect of non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy, and improve the quality of life. But recent clinical studies existed obvious bias, so the results may be exaggerated.
