| 摘 要： | 目的：考察试制的枸椽酸昔多芬片与进口片体外溶出度。方法：采用紫外分光光度法。结果：本品15min内溶出90%以上，与2进口片相当。结论：自制的枸椽酸昔多芬片溶出性能良好，达到国外同类产品Viagra片的溶出水平。

| Abstract: | AIM: The dissolution rates in vitro of imported and domestic sildenafil citrate tablets. METHODS: Sildenafil citrate was determined using UV spectophotometry. RESULTS: All the samples were dissolved over 90% in 15 minutes. CONCLUSION: The sildenafil citrate tablets had the excellent quality of dissolution and achieved the quality of viagra. |
