彩色多普勒观察星状神经节阻滞治疗椎动脉型颈椎病前后椎动脉的变化

目的探讨彩色多普勒观察星状神经节阻滞治疗椎动脉型颈椎病前、后椎动脉的变化。方法选择单侧椎动脉型颈椎病患者100例，经多普勒超声监测诊断椎动脉管腔变窄，而对侧正常。以星状神经节阻滞患侧，彩色多普勒观察双侧椎动脉的变化。结果阻滞后半个月患侧变窄的椎动脉明显增宽，3个月后基本恢复如常，健侧椎动脉无明显变化。本组临床治愈70例，显效18例，有效10例，无效2例，治愈与显效率88％（88／100例）。结论星状神经节阻滞可以短时间内扩张椎动脉，治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有效。

Changes of vertebral artery after stellate ganglion block in patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type by color Doppler

Objective To observe the changes of vertebral artery by color Doppler before and after stellate ganglion block in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods One hundred patients with unilateral cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were selected,who were diagnosed narrowing of vertebral artery lumen by Doppler ultrasound, but the contralateral was nor- mal. The stellate ganglion was blocked in the affected side and the change of the bilateral vertebral artery was observed by Doppler. Results The affected side of vertebral artery was obviously enlarged in two weeks, but returned to original state three months later, no significant changes in the contralateral vertebral artery were observed. 70 patients were clinically cured, 18 patients were markedly effective, 10 patients wre effective and 2 patients were ineffective. Cured and markedly effective rates were 88%. Conclusion The diameter of vertebral artery can be quickly expanded after stellate ganglion block, and it is an effective method to treat cervical spondylosis of the vertebral artery type.
