超临界流体CO_2萃取使君子仁脂肪油化学成分的研究

目的:分析使君子仁脂肪油含量及其脂肪酸组成。方法:以超临界流体CO2萃取使君子仁脂肪油,采用重量法和气相色谱-质谱联用技术分别测定油含量和脂肪酸组成。结果:使君子仁脂肪油含量为27.70％,脂肪酸组成以油酸、亚油酸和棕榈酸为主,不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的63.93％,饱和脂肪酸以棕榈酸为主。结论:使君子仁脂肪油属优质植物油,分析结果可为其开发利用提供科学依据。

Studies on Chemical Compositions of Fatty Oil in Fructus Quisqualis by Supercritical Fluid Extraction and Gravimetric and GC-MS Analysis

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the oil content and fatty acid constituents of Fructus Quisqualis.METHODS: The fatty oil of Fructus Quisqualis was extracted by supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) .The content of oil and compositions of fatty acid were determined by gravimetric analysis and GC - MS respectively .RESULTS:The oil content of Fructus Quisqualis was 27.70% .Among the fatty acids, oleic acid, linoleic acid and palmitic acid were dominant.The unsaturated fatty acids accounted for 63.93% of the total fatty acids, and the major saturated fatty acid was palmitic acid .CONCLUSION: The oil of Fruclus Quisqualis is of highquality,and the analytic results provide scientific basis for exploitation and utilisation of the oil of Fructus Quisqualis.
