| 摘 要： | 目的：研究六月雪水提取物对小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用。方法：采用四氯化碳（CCl6）、硫代乙酰胺（TAA）、扑热息痛（AAP）致小鼠急性肝损伤模型，测定小鼠血清ALT、AST活性。结果：六月雪水提取物可明显降低四氯化碳、硫代乙酰胺、扑热息痛致小鼠急性肝损伤模型血清ALT、AST活性。结论：六月雪水提取物对四氯化碳、硫代乙酰胺、扑热息痛所致小鼠实验性肝损伤有明显保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the protective effect of Serissa serissoides(DC.) Druce on experimental liver injuries.Methods:The activity of serum ALTand AST were measured in the model mice of liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl_4),Acetaminophen(AAP) and Thioacetamide(TAA).Result:Serissa serissoides(DC.) Druce exhibited protective effect on experimental liver injuries.Conclusion:The serum ALT and AST activity was significantly lowered in the model mice of liver injure induced by CCl4 and AAP and TAA after Serissa serissoides(DC.) Druce was given orally. |
