胆道“T”型管造影质量的若干技术要素

目的 :探讨保证胆道“T”型管造影质量的相关技术要素。方法 :回顾分析 10 0例胆道“T”管造影质量 ,分析造影质量的相关技术要素 ,即影像质量与造影剂浓度、总量、造影剂的推注方法及速度 ,造影体位 ,摄影时间的掌握及摄影体位、胶片尺寸的使用、造影时间的把握及机器的选用等诸技术要素关系。结果 :经对胆道“T”型管造影质量的相关技术要素分析、探讨 ,获得了保证造影质量行之有效的方法、技术。结论 :胆道“T”型管造影质量相关技术要素是获得高质量造影影像的保证

Some Technical Factors of Quality Contral with T-tube Cholangiography

Objective To explore the correlative factors which insure the quality of T tube cholangiography. Methods The image quality of 100 patients undergoing T tube cholangiography were analyzed which included the relations between imaging quality and concetration, total volume of the contrast media; the methods and the velosity of injection; pose of cholangiography, time control and posture of photography, usage of film size, time grasping of cholangiogrphy and and the selection of machine ect. Results The effective methods and techniques of quality assurance for T tube cholangiography were acquired after the analysis and the discuss on the correlative factors with it were made. Conclusion The correlative factors for the quality of T tube cholangiography were the assurance to gain high quality images.
