| 摘 要： | 目的探讨依帕司他对早期2型糖尿病肾病尿白蛋白排泄率（UAE）的影响。方法36例2型早期糖尿病肾病患者在原来治疗的基础上,予依帕司他150 mg qd治疗16个月,并在治疗前后测患者UAE、血压、体重指数（BMI）、血清肌酐清除率（Ccr）及血糖、血脂。结果依帕司他治疗前后患者血糖、血脂、血压、BMI、Ccr没有显著变化（P〉0.05）,治疗后UAE比治疗前UAE显著下降（P〈0.01）。结论依帕司他可以阻抑早期糖尿病肾病的病情发展。
