心理护理干预对脑卒中患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨心理护理干预对脑卒中后抑郁患者降低抑郁发生率及对生活质量的影响．方法随机对脑卒中后抑郁患者分为2组，观察组（90例），对照组（90例），观察两组患者治疗前后抑郁发生情况以及生活质量状况以评价对该病临床最好的护理方式．结果2组患者较护理干预前抑郁的发生率均有所降低，其中观察组明显大于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；2组患者生活质量均有一定的提高，其中观察组提高幅度明显大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）．结论对脑卒中患者加强心理护理干预，对改善患者的情绪状态，降低卒中后抑郁发生，有利于患者临床康复．

The Influence of Psychological Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with Cerebral Stroke

Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention on reducing the incidence of depression, and on the quality of life of patients with depression after stroke. Methods Firstly, we randomly divided the patients with depression after stroke into two groups, the study group with 90 patients, and the control group with 90 patients. And then we evaluated the best way of clinical care for the disease by observing the incidence of depression and the quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment. Results The incidence of depression in patients in the two groups decreased after nursing intervention. The decreasing degree of the study group was more significant than the control group, and the differences had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） . Life quality of patients of the two groups were improved. The study group had more significant effect than the control group, the differences had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） Conclusion Enhancing the psychological nursing intervention is valuable in clinical application to improve the mood state of patients with cerebral stroke, reduce the incidence of depression after stroke, promote rehabilitation exercise, and improve life quality.
