| 摘 要： | 目的研制高效、低毒、无污染的新型杀灭蟑螂凝胶饵剂。方法参照有关国家标准进行药效试验。结果该胶饵剂具有较好的稳定性和良好的适口性,对德国小蠊LT50为1.34 d,4 d的死亡率在92%以上,持续药效可达30~60 d。结论灭蟑凝胶饵剂效果好,药效持久,使用简便。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop an effective,hypo-toxic,non-contaminative gel bait against cockroaches. Methods The indoor effect were tested with related national standard.Results The gel bait had good stability and palatability.The LT50 for Blattella germanica was 1.34 d,and the mortality was above 92% within 4 days.The efficacy could last for 30 to 60 days.Conclusion The gel bait was effective with lasting effect and easy to be used. |
