雪莲花的醇提工艺

摘    要:目的优选雪莲花药材的醇提工艺。方法以总黄酮含量和总固物收率为指标,采用正交试验法,考察乙醇浓度、加醇量、提取时间、提取次数对提取效果的影响。结果乙醇浓度和提取次数对雪莲花总黄酮和总固物收率有显著影响,而溶媒用量和提取时间影响不显著。结论最佳提取工艺为加入10倍量的75%乙醇,提取3次,每次30 m in。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To ascertain the optimum condition for extracting Saussurea with alcohol.METHODS With the total flavonoids and solid matter content as indexs,the optimum extraction conditions including the alcohol concentration,the volume,extracting time and times were selected by orthogonal design.RESULTS The alcohol concentration and the extraction times affected the total flavonoids of Saussurea significantly.CONCLUSION Taking 75% alcohol as solvent,Saussurea was extracted three times with 10 times volume of alcohol for 30 min each time.
