激光辐射充氧液、胞二磷胆碱、脑活素治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病56例临床观察

目的 :观察激光辐射充氧液、胞二磷胆碱、脑活素对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)的治疗效果。方法 :10 8例随机分为对照组和治疗组 ,前者的治疗包括给氧、抗菌、纠酸、降颅压、静脉给予能量合剂和对症治疗 ,后者除这些常规治疗外 ,另给激光辐射充氧液、胞二磷胆碱、脑活素治疗 ;观察临床症状消失时间 ,并随访观察HIE患儿神经系统后遗症情况。结果 :近期疗效观察 ,治疗组临床症状消失时间较对照组明显提前 ,治疗组总有效率 (94 6 % ) ,明显优于对照组 (73 1% ) (P <0 0 1) ;远期疗效观察 ,治疗组后遗症较对照组明显减少 (11 5 %vs 34 0 % ) ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :早期应用激光辐射充氧液、胞二磷胆碱、脑活素联合治疗新生儿HIE疗效确切 ,能改善预后。

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of cytidine diphosphate choline, cerebrolysin and laser radiated oxygenation liquid on neonatal HIE

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of cytidine diphosphate choline,cerebrolysin and laser radiated oxygenation liquid on HIE.Methods:108 cases of HIE were divided into treatment and control groups randomly.The control group was treated by oxygen uptake,acidosis rectifying,antibiotics,intracranial depression and heteropathy.While the treatment group was treated with cytidine diphosphate choline,cerebrolysin and laser radiated oxygenation liquid beside these routine therapy.The outcome of treatment was evaluated by how many days the symptom disappeared and weather or not the sequelae appeared.Result:The general effective rate of treatment group was 94 6%,while the control group was 73 1%(P<0 01).The sequelae appeared in 11 5% of treatment group and 34 0% of control group(P<0 05).Conclusion:The combined therapy of cytidine diphosphate choline,cerebrolysin and laser radiated oxygenation liquid is effective.It cut down the time of symptoms disappearance and decrease the sequelae of HIE considerably.
