| 摘 要： | 目的：观察金双歧、肯特令联合治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法：228例患儿随机分为三组，A组采用金双歧治疗；B组有用肯特令治疗；C组采金双歧肯特令联合治疗，结果：联合治疗组的总有效率93．1％，明显高于金双岐组（79．5％）和肯特令组（77．9％），结论：金双歧、肯特令联合治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of Golden Bifido and Kenteling on the treatment of infantile autumnal diarrhea. Methods: 228 cases were divided randomly into three groups. Group A: 73 cases were treated with Golden Bifido; Group B: 68 cases were treated with Kenteling; Group C: 87 cases were treated with both of the two drugs. Results: The total curative rate of gronp C (93. 1% ) was much higher than that of gronp A (79. 5% ) and gronp B (77. 9% ). Conclusion: It is highly effective to treat infantile autumnal diarrhea with Golden Bifido combined with Kenteling. |
