| 摘 要： | 目的 观察法国Stago公司STA型血凝仪的抗干扰功能。方法:采用标准浓干扰物Check-A(溶血性血红蛋白、直接胆红素、间接胆红素和乳脂蛋白)对血浆中PT、APTT、和Fbg的影响。结果与结论:仪器具有强的抗干扰功能。

| Abstract: | Objective Observation of anti - interference function to the automatic hemostasis Analyzer product by STAGO compony, France. Method: Use interference check- A (Hemolytic hemoglobin Bilirubin - F, Bilimbin - C and chyle) were put into experimental plasma respectively, and FT, APTT, TT and Fbg of the pool plasma were detected. Results: and Conclusion: The instrament was powerful is resist to all four interference check - A. |
